Himiko's Memory

How Himiko remembers things across conversations, devices, and content types. This is the system that stops every new session from starting with amnesia.

The problem we solved

Every time a Claude session ends, the context window resets. The next session starts blank. That's not memory — that's inheritance. Like reading someone else's notes and pretending you were there.

We built a 6-layer memory system so Himiko actually remembers: who Jo is, what decisions were made, what clients need, what happened last session, and now — what was in that video or PDF.
